How to use this reading
The value is in relating the cards, not reading three isolated definitions. Notice what changes between positions, which symbol repeats, and what action appears within your control.
Card positions
- Past or cause: relevant background.
- Present: the current core of the question.
- Future or outcome: how things evolve if nothing important changes.
Example reading
Past/Cause · upright
Present/Current Situation · reversed
Future/Outcome · upright
In this sample, the 3 of Wands in Past/Cause represents a vision already developing; 4 of Wands in Present/Current Situation offers a foundation to acknowledge; and Death in Future/Outcome suggests closing one stage so it can transform. It does not set an unchangeable fate.
