Legal Notice and Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

This is a courtesy translation of the Spanish-language terms that govern the service. These terms are subject to Spanish law and Spanish courts; see the Spanish version for the original, controlling text.

2. Purpose of the service

Oráculo offers AI voice conversations and conversational tarot consultations by voice, with cards displayed on screen and a symbolic reading of the spread. Users can talk about any topic (love, work, decisions, curiosity) or request a tarot spread within the same session. The service is provided remotely, electronically, at the individual request of the user.

The user is responsible for their own decisions. For medical, psychological, legal, financial or personal safety matters, consult qualified professionals or emergency services.

3. Minimum age and conditions of use

4. How it works, contracting and credits

5. Electronic contracting process

Before purchasing, the user can review these terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the price of the chosen pack, and the final summary shown by Stripe Checkout.

  1. The user signs in with Google.
  2. They choose an available credit pack.
  3. The app redirects to Stripe Checkout to enter or confirm payment details.
  4. Stripe shows the final amount, applicable taxes and payment method before confirming.
  5. After payment, Stripe sends a technical confirmation to the service and credits are added to the account.

The user can correct errors before paying by going back, canceling checkout, or editing details within Stripe. The contract is concluded in Spanish. The provider does not archive an individual contract accessible online to the user, but keeps the technical and tax records required for the transaction. Stripe will send or display proof of payment according to its own checkout flow.

We are not bound by any code of conduct other than applicable Spanish and EU regulations. We will not send commercial email communications without prior consent, except messages strictly necessary to manage the service, payments, security, support or relevant legal changes.

6. Prices, taxes and payment methods

Prices shown do not include VAT unless checkout states otherwise. With standard Stripe Checkout, the provider remains responsible for tax configuration; if Stripe Tax or Stripe Managed Payments is enabled, checkout will show taxes and responsibilities according to the configuration in use.

Before confirming payment, Stripe Checkout must display the final price, applicable taxes, payment method, and billing details managed by Stripe.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You can request a refund of unused credits within 14 calendar days of purchase. Credits already used are not refundable, except for a technical failure attributable to the service.

By starting a voice session using a credit, you expressly request that performance begin immediately during the legal withdrawal period. Once the session has run and the credit has been used, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that used credit, without prejudice to any rights arising from a technical failure attributable to the service.

If a pack has been partially used, a proportional refund of unused credits may be requested within the period indicated. To request it, write to tutarotistavirtual@gmail.com with your order number.

8. Availability and support

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." It may be interrupted for maintenance, provider incidents, usage limits, network errors, or force majeure.

For issues with purchases, access, credits or functionality, contact us by email including your account, order number if any, and a description of the problem.

9. Intellectual property

The software, interface, original text and design belong to the service owner or are used under license. Card images are based on the Rider-Waite deck, published in 1909 and treated as public domain in the context of this project. Users may use their readings for personal use, without reselling the service.

10. Liability

The service is for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, results, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Where legally applicable, the provider's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and data protection

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The user should review it before using the service or purchasing credits.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the competent courts will be those determined under applicable consumer protection regulations. Applicable out-of-court claim or dispute resolution mechanisms may also be used.

13. Changes

We may update these terms due to legal, technical, pricing, provider or operational changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
